Join us for this Wednesday morning jewelry making class. This class is for all levels. Beginners will learn new skills while students with some experience can work on improving their skills. Techniques such as wire wrapping, forging, sawing, stone setting, and soldering will be used to create some fun pieces of jewelry! A project will be demonstrated at the beginning of each class that will introduce a technique. The experienced student has the choice of doing a more challenging aspect of the project. All tools and basic materials are provided. We will be creating at least five pieces of jewelry; three in copper/brass and two in silver. You have the option of purchasing additional metal and stones. Please note that should you miss a class there is only one make up class available. Should class be cancelled due to weather, a make up class will be added on March 6. You may finish work started during the make up class on any Monday or Wednesday evening jewelry class. Class is limited to 8 students.

The prospective student should enjoy working with their hands and understand that producing pieces comes through practicing the various skills introduced in this class.

Note: Please wear closed toe shoes and tie back shoulder length hair.
